The Decisions Get Bigger. The People You Can Talk To Get Fewer.
This Work Is Built For A Specific Founder.
Not everyone past a revenue number. A specific person, at a specific stage.
Past $2M in revenue, or $250k+ in annual profit
Ten or more years building businesses
Often post-exit - or running something you've outgrown emotionally
Facing a real decision: raise, exit, scale, succession, or what comes next
Already surrounded by operators, advisors, and peer groups
You don't have a shortage of advice. You have a shortage of people who can see what you can't see about yourself. If most of this describes you, keep reading. If it doesn't, this isn't the right fit yet - and I'll say so.
At This Stage, The Hard Part Was Never The Strategy.
The obvious moves are obvious. You can list the options yourself - you've probably already listed them at 3am.
So the work isn't information. It's noticing what you're optimising for without realising it. What you keep avoiding. What you'd have to become for the next chapter to actually work - and the quiet reasons part of you doesn't want to become it.

I've Sat In The Seat. I've Made The Calls.
Three exits across a decade in operator seats - Mayfair Nutrition, Ecom DNA, and Seller Candy, all scaled to seven figures. Most recent exit in late 2024.
I've also trained as an NLP Master Practitioner - which is why this goes deeper than most strategic advisory stops. The strategic problems at this stage have personal answers underneath, and I can work in both layers at once.

It Starts With A Discovery Session.
Common Questions.
The average investment is $6,000/month.
Coaching, the way I do it, is for entrepreneurs who already know the obstacle is internal - the work is identity and pattern shifting. Advisory is for founders facing strategic decisions where the right call has business consequences and the underlying pattern has personal ones. Coaching works at the personal layer. Advisory works at both.
Raises. Exits. Successions. Scaling decisions. Pivots. Second-act questions - "what's next after this." The decisions where the options are clear but you keep gravitating toward the wrong one without knowing why.
Because the work that matters at this stage doesn't happen in a quarter. The first 8 to 12 weeks build the foundation. The remaining months integrate it into how decisions actually get made. Less than 12 and the integration never lands.
You bring a specific decision or situation. We work on it for 90 minutes. You leave with usable thinking on that decision. If we both want to continue, the fee credits to month one. If not, you keep the value of the session and we part on good terms.
If the rest of this page sounds like you, apply. The revenue figure is a soft signal, not a hard gate - the application will surface the right fit. If advisory isn't right yet, coaching or The Scaling Axis cohort might be.
