A 12-Month Engagement

One full year. Long enough for the changes to compound, short enough that every session has to earn its place.

[ STEP 2 ]

Weekly for Month One

The foundation phase. This is where we find the lever and the block, and do the deep work.

[ STEP 3 ]

Then Every Two Weeks

The integration phase. The thinking stops living in our sessions and becomes how you actually decide.

[ STEP 4 ]

60-90 Minute Sessions

And access between them. Email on every plan, for the shifts that don't wait. Direct WhatsApp at higher tiers.

ABOUT ME

I've Sat In The Seat. I've Made The Calls.

Three exits across a decade in operator seats - Mayfair Nutrition, Ecom DNA, and Seller Candy, all scaled to seven figures. Most recent exit in late 2024.
I've also trained as an NLP Master Practitioner - which is why this goes deeper than most strategic advisory stops. The strategic problems at this stage have personal answers underneath, and I can work in both layers at once.

How much does it cost for such engagement?

The average investment is $6,000/month.

How is this different from your coaching?

Coaching, the way I do it, is for entrepreneurs who already know the obstacle is internal - the work is identity and pattern shifting. Advisory is for founders facing strategic decisions where the right call has business consequences and the underlying pattern has personal ones. Coaching works at the personal layer. Advisory works at both.

What kinds of decisions does this cover?

Raises. Exits. Successions. Scaling decisions. Pivots. Second-act questions - "what's next after this." The decisions where the options are clear but you keep gravitating toward the wrong one without knowing why.

Why a full 12 months?

Because the work that matters at this stage doesn't happen in a quarter. The first 8 to 12 weeks build the foundation. The remaining months integrate it into how decisions actually get made. Less than 12 and the integration never lands.

What actually happens in the Discovery Session?

You bring a specific decision or situation. We work on it for 90 minutes. You leave with usable thinking on that decision. If we both want to continue, the fee credits to month one. If not, you keep the value of the session and we part on good terms.

I'm close but not quite at the revenue number. Should I apply?
